The Minidyn Android application (fr.rincentndt.minidyn), the Mapview web application (mapview.fr<\/a>), the www.rincent-ndt.fr<\/a> website, and the processing software supplied with our equipment (Heavydyn, Maxidyn, Minidyn, IziPMP, sonic transparency, mechanical impedance).<\/p>\r\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”section-title-mention”]\r\n

3. Minidyn Android application<\/h3>\r\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”text-mentions-legales”]\r\n

Vibration<\/span><\/td>\r\nSignalling the end of an acquisition or an error.<\/span><\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\nNo access to contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, calendar or your personal files.\r\n\r\nData<\/strong><\/span>\r\n\r\nMeasurements, geographic coordinates and the identifier of the paired equipment are stored on your device. We operate no server able to receive them: no data is sent to us. Exporting to Mapview or to our software happens at your initiative, to your own computer.\r\n\r\nIf Android Auto Backup is enabled on your device, the system copies the app’s data to your personal Google Drive account. This backup is handled by Android according to your settings and is not accessible to us.\r\n\r\nThird-party services<\/span>\r\n<\/strong>\r\nThe application includes no audience measurement, analytics, advertising or tracking tools. It uses the Google Maps SDK \u2014 displaying a map sends Google your IP address and the area being viewed \u2014 and Google location services. These components are governed by the Google Privacy Policy<\/a>. Crash reports sent to Google Play are sent by the Android system, not by the application.\r\n\r\nDeletion<\/span><\/strong>\r\n\r\nUninstalling the application or clearing its data in Android settings removes all local data. Backups are managed from your Google account.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”section-title-mention”]\r\n

4. Mapview web application<\/h3>\r\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”text-mentions-legales”]\r\n

Mapview is a progressive web application that runs in your browser. Projects \u2014 measurements, coordinates, maps \u2014 are stored locally on your computer. There is no user account, no upload and no copy on our side: backing up your data is your responsibility. To erase it, clear the site’s data in your browser.<\/p>\r\n

The application is delivered by Netlify, Inc. (United States), which records technical access logs. Domains and DNS are managed by OVH SAS (France). No project data is sent to them.<\/p>\r\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”section-title-mention”]\r\n

5. www.rincent-ndt.fr<\/a> website<\/h3>\r\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”text-mentions-legales”]Information submitted through our forms (name, company, e-mail, phone, message) is used to answer your enquiry and manage our commercial relationship. It is kept for 3 years from the last contact.\r\n\r\nGoogle Analytics measures site traffic and sends Google LLC your IP address and the pages you visit. These cookies are set only after you consent, and you can change that at any time through the cookie settings link at the bottom of each page. Cookies strictly necessary for the site to function are set without consent. The Minidyn and Mapview applications use no advertising cookies or marketing trackers.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”section-title-mention”]\r\n

6. Installed software<\/h3>\r\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”text-mentions-legales”]The software supplied with our equipment runs locally. It contains no telemetry or analytics and establishes no connection to our servers.
